| Read a book to a kid....it expands their minds and helps instill sound values. What values? Perhaps honesty. If they don't learn it from you they're very very unlikely to learn it anywhere else in our culture. By the way, are you setting a good example for honesty? Mabe courtesy and kindness. We've all become so important that we're being astonishingly rude in public, impatient with sales people and customers. Maybe reading a book to a kid or playing a game they like will show kids than you love them. That's the best value they can learn...they're loved, they count, its ok to love people. |
